‘The Zone of Interest’ Sets Streaming Release Date on Max
The Zone of Interest, which won two Oscars last weekend, will become streaming on Max on April 5.
“ The Zone of Interest,” which won best international feature and best sound at the Oscars this past Sunday, will become available to stream from home next month. Jonathan Glazer’s acclaimed film centers around Commandant Rudolf Höss (Christian Friedel) and his wife Hedwig (Sandra Huller) who live a “dream life” with their children in a seemingly-perfect home — except for the fact that it’s directly next door to the Auschwitz concentration camp. Meanwhile, one of the night’s biggest below-the-line shocks was when Tarn Willers and Johnnie Burn won best sound for the film, which many suspected would go to “Oppenheimer.”
