The White Lotus season 3 finale had star Aimee Lou Wood, who plays Chelsea, feeling ‘conflicted’ and described the ending as ‘controversial.’

The former Sex Education star continued, “I think because I had ‘Chelsea goggles’ on, everything was actually, in a way, simpler because I just had to fully invest in her frame of mind, which is incredibly tunnel vision. She’s already had two near-death experiences — first during a terrifying armed robbery at the hotel’s jewelry store, and then again when her boyfriend, Rick ( Walton Goggins), unleashed a swarm of snakes at a tourist attraction, resulting in Chelsea getting bitten. To make matters worse, Chelsea ominously pointed out that bad things come in threes, leaving fans convinced she may have just sealed her own fate.
