‘The White Lotus’ Season 3 Standout Parker Posey To Be Feted With Inaugural Legend Tribute At Gotham Television Awards
The Gotham Television Awards will present Parker Posey with their inaugural Legend Tribute at this year's ceremony, Deadline can reveal.
“Her unmistakable artistry, fearless originality, and emotional truth shine through in every performance, exemplifying the creative excellence and cultural impact the Gotham Television Awards were established to celebrate. An Emmy, Golden Globe, Gotham, and Independent Spirit Award nominee, Posey steals scenes as unforgettable, Lorazepam-popping North Carolina matriarch Victoria Ratliff in the recently aired season of The White Lotus, sharing the screen primarily with Jason Isaacs, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sarah Catherine Hook and Sam Nivola, who play the other members of her family. At this year’s Gotham Television Awards, Squid Game ‘s Hwang Dong-hyuk will join Étoile ‘s Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino in receiving a Creator Tribute, as previously announced.
