Three years ago at a glitzy investor presentation, Paramount unveiled plans to launch The Weekly Show with Trevor Noah. The series will see Stewart dive into current events topics and feature a variety of guests, including newsmakers, authors and celebrities. “After much reflection, meditation, and prayer, I have decided to extend my work week to two days,” Stewart said last month.
