‘The Voice’ winner Sundance Head was ‘shot in navel’ and has been airlifted to the hospital to treat the gunshot wound

Sundance’s agent, Trey Newman, shared further details of the country singer’s condition with The New York Post on the same day, confirming he is “stable.” Sundance competed on season 11 of The Voice as part of coach Blake Shelton ’s team, beating out rivals Billy Gilman, Josh Gallagher and Wé McDonald to claim victory. In The Voice’s finale where he was crowned winner, Sundance performed his original song, “Darling Don’t Go” as pink and white confetti fell, and he paid tribute to his wife Misty.
