Sheryl Crow and LeAnn Rimes will join “ The Voice ” as “mega mentors,” helping prepare the remaining Season 27 contestants for the playoffs, which begin April 28. Each coach enters the playoffs with five artists per team, while Crow and Rimes will lend their expertise as music superstars to help the contestants gear up for their most high-stakes performances yet. The series was created by John de Mol, who serves as an executive producer along with Mark Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Amanda Zucker, Kyra Thompson, Adam H. Sher and Barry Poznick.
