'The Handmaid's Tale' sequel 'The Testaments' got a series order at Hulu, plus additional cast members Amy Seimetz, Brad Alexander and Mabel Li.
The streamer also announced more casting for the show, including series regulars Amy Seimetz, Brad Alexander and Mabel Li. Previously announced cast members are Mattea Conforti, Infiniti, Lucy Halliday, Ann Dowd and Rowan Blanchard. “The Testaments,” which begins production in Toronto on April 7, is based on the 2019 novel by Margaret Atwood, set 15 years after the events of “The Handmaid’s Tale.” The show follows a new generation of young women in the dystopian Gilead.
