‘The Talk’ Sets Finale Date After 15 Seasons On CBS
The Talk's 15-season run will come to an end with a final stretch of live shows the week of Dec. 16, leading to the Dec. 20 series finale.
The Talk was expected to end next month; CBS announced back in April that the show was being renewed for a 15th and final season that would wrap in December. But it is expensive to mount, which, combined with the show’s modest ratings and CBS’ plan to launch Beyond the Gates, led to the decision to end The Talk ‘s run. The show features a panel of entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, family, celebrity and trending topics of the day.
