'The Talk' Launching First Ever Comedian Series; Standups To Perform Each Friday

EXCLUSIVE: The Talk may be wrapping up after 15 seasons in December, but Executive Producer Rob Crabbe and his team are not going down without a fight. Hosts Sheryl Underwood, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell, Akbar Gbajabiamila and Amanda Kloots will move off stage so the set can be transformed into a comedy club. A few days later, the network announced that it has ordered the new daytime drama The Gates to series and will premiere the soap in January 2025.
