‘The Substance’ Stars Demi Moore And Margaret Qualley Fight Over Presenting The Golden Globe For Best Male Actor In A TV Series
'The Substance' stars Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley reprised their roles from the horror film to present the Golden Globe for Best Male Actor TV.
“It’s the Golden Globes, so…” Qualley, whose alterego Sue gets birthed out of Moore’s character Elizabeth Sparkle’s spine after she makes a deal with a shady pharmaceutical company, quipped back. The two then went on to present Best Male Actor in a drama TV Series to Hiroyuki Sanada for his work in Shōgun, the second season of which will start production this year. Moore later won the Golden Globe for Female Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her role in The Substance, and she reflected on how she was meant to make the film in her speech.
