‘The Studio’ Renewed For Season 2 At Apple
The series was co-created by and stars Seth Rogen as a Hollywood film boss.
The series also stars Catherine O’Hara as Patty Leigh, former boss at Continental who becomes a producer, Ike Barinholtz, who plays Sal Saperstein, a Continental exec and friend of Remick who becomes a big star at the Golden Globes, Chase Sui Wonders, who plays junior executive Queen Hackett and Kathryn Hahn, who feasts as marketing boss Maya Mason. There are also star turns from the likes of Martin Scorsese, Charlize Theron, Sarah Polley, Greta Lee, Anthony Mackie, Dave Franco, Ron Howard, Olivia Wilde, Zac Efron and Ice Cube, who all appear as themselves. “Seth, Evan, the entire creative team and cast of The Studio have knocked it out of the park with this brilliant show, and it has been incredible to watch the conversation grow with each new episode.” said Matt Cherniss, head of programming for Apple TV+.
