‘The Squid Game’: See What Awaits Player 456 In New Trailer For Second Season Of Netflix Phenom
Netflix drops trailer for season 2 of Squid Game, which returns Dec. 26 to Netflix.
Lee Jung-jae reprises his role as Seong Gi-hun, aka Player 456, who’s now on a mission to expose the deadly truth of the competition. The teaser also reveals the return of Lee Byung-hun as the Front Man, whose true motivations remain cloaked in secrecy, while Wi Ha-jun’s Hwang Jun-ho is back, driving the narrative forward as the relentless detective on a mission of his own. Earlier this week, Deadline reported that a new English-language Squid Game series is in the works with David Fincher coming on to develop it.
