‘The Righteous Gemstones’ Sets Premiere Date For Fourth & Final Season
HBO has set Sunday, March 9 for the premiere of the nine-episode, fourth and final season of The Righteous Gemstones.
The Righteous GemstonesHBO Created, written and executive produced by Danny McBride, who also stars, The Righteous Gemstones tells the story of a world-famous televangelist family with a long tradition of deviance, greed, and charitable work. As we previously reported, McBride, in an interview with GQ, said the move to end the series felt “natural,” given that his idea for Season 4 “was a story that was bringing all these themes and these ideas and these characters to a conclusion, to something that felt like completion.” Kevin Barnett, Edi Patterson, and Chris Pappas serve as consulting producers
