Todd Harthan has been tapped as the new showrunner and executive producer of ABC’s “ High Potential,” starring Kaitlin Olson. Thomas’ departure was described as “amicable.” Exec producer Drew Goddard is the writer behind “High Potential,” which is based on the French series “Haut Potentiel Intellectuel (HPI)” and stars Olson as “a single mom with an exceptional mind, whose unconventional knack for solving crimes leads to an unusual and unstoppable partnership with a by-the-book seasoned detective.” “High Potential” also stars Javicia Leslie as Daphne, Deniz Akdeniz as Lev “Oz” Osman, Amirah J as Ava, Matthew Lamb as Elliot and Judy Reyes as Selena.
