The network also released a teaser trailer for Nathan Fielder ‘s surreal and twisted dark comedy series, which helps real people prepare for life’s biggest moments through freakishly high-budget simulations. The season took a bizarre turn when a subject bailed out of a parenting experiment, causing Fielder to assume the role of father in an extended simulation that saw him move in with a stranger to raise a fake child. Fielder, whose past television series “Nathan for You” and “The Curse” similarly toyed with the borders between scripted and unscripted entertainment, is the star, writer, director and executive producer of “The Rehearsal.” Other EPs include Eric Notarnicola, Dave Paige, and Christie Smith and Dan McManus for Rise Management.
