Colin Farrell returns to Gotham City as Oswald Cobblepot in the trailer for “ The Penguin,” a spinoff series of “ The Batman ” coming this fall to Max. “The Penguin” takes place immediately following the events of DC’s 2022 blockbuster, tracing Cobblepot’s rise to power in the Gotham underworld as he becomes one of the most prominent villains in the “Batman” universe. The rest of the cast is comprised of Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O’Connell, Carmen Ejogo, François Chau and David H. Holmes.
