A fire broke out on the roof of the same building where the San Diego Comic-Con activation for the HBO series ” The Penguin ” was in the midst of its press preview. The multi-level installation involved an elaborate, immersive experience that put attendees inside the Iceberg Lounge from the 2022 film “The Batman” and the upcoming spin-off “The Penguin.” Multiple actors involved in the activation were also evacuated from the premises, and were congregated outside of the venue by fire and police officials.
