‘The Other Black Girl’ Canceled After 1 Season By Hulu
There will be no second season for The Other Black Girl. Hulu has canceled the drama series after one season.
The Hulu original series from Onyx Collective followed Nella (Sinclair Daniel), an editorial assistant, who is tired of being the only Black girl at her company, Wagner Books. Everything is looking up when Hazel (Ashleigh Murray) is hired but as her star begins to rise, Nella spirals out and discovers something sinister is going on at the company. Rashida Jones executive produced alongside Adam Fishbach, Zakiya Dalila Harris, Jordan Reddout, Gus Hickey, Tara Duncan, and Temple Hill’s Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey.
