‘The Life of Chuck’ Trailer: Tom Hiddleston’s Life Story Is Told in Reverse in Stephen King Adaptation
Tom Hiddleston stars in Mike Flanagan's "The Life of Chuck," based on the novel by Stephen King.
Mia Sara and Mark Hamill play Chuck’s grandparents Sarah and Albie, with Nick Offerman serving as the film’s narrator. Matthew Lillard, Carl Lumbly, Samantha Sloyan, Harvey Guillén, Kate Siegel, Q’orianka Kilcher, David Dastmalchian, Rahul Kohli, Heather Langenkamp, Michael Trucco, Molly C. Quinn, Lauren LaVera, Antonio Raul Corbo, Trinity Bliss, Violet McGraw, Taylor Gordon, Hamish Linklater, Matt Biedel, Suriyan Sapkota, Saidah Arrika Ekulona and Scott Wampler also star. “The Life of Chuck” has been compared to King adaptations like “Shawshank Redemption” and “Stand By Me” rather than “It” or “Pet Sematary.” Filming began in October 2023 under a SAG-AFTRA interim agreement.
