‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ to Air Live Shows From Chicago During Democratic National Convention

'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' will broadcast live shows from Chicago's Auditorium Theatre during this year's Democratic National Convention.

“I lived in Chicago for 11 years, and it holds a special place in my heart — and not because of all the Polish sausage lodged in my aorta,” Colbert said. During the Republican National Convention taking place in Milwaukee, Wis., “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” will air live July 15-18 from the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City. “The Late Show” has broadcast live during the political conventions in previous election years, including in 2016 and 2020.
