‘The Last of Us’ Season 2 First Look: Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey Return to Face the Zombie Apocalypse
HBO unveiled a first look at Season 2 of its blockbuster series "The Last of Us," with Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey.
The show chronicles the story of Joel (Pascal) and Ellie (Ramsey) as they navigate a world overrun with zombies infected with a parasitic fungus — not to mention the ruthless vigilantes, mercenaries and cannibals just as desperate to survive. Along with Pascal and Ramsey, other returning cast include Gabriel Luna as Joel’s brother, Tommy, and Rutina Wesley as Tommy’s wife, Maria, while Kaitlyn Dever (“Booksmart”), Isabela Merced (“Transformers: The Last Knight”), Young Mazino (“Beef”), Ariela Barer (“Runaways”), Tati Gabrielle (“Uncharted”), Spencer Lord (“Family Law”) and Danny Ramirez (“Top Gun: Maverick”) are joining the show, with Emmy winner Catherine O’Hara appearing as a guest star. Other executive producers include Carolyn Strauss, Jacqueline Lesko, Cecil O’Connor, Asad Qizilbash, Carter Swan, and Evan Wells.
