‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping’ Casts Ralph Fiennes as President Snow
Ralph Fiennes will portray President Snow in the latest "Hunger Games" film, "Sunrise on the Reaping."
Ralph Fiennes has been cast as the villainous President Coriolanus Snow in “ The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.” He joins previously announced cast members Joseph Zada as Haymitch Abernathy, Whitney Peak as Lenore Dove Baird, Mckenna Grace as Maysilee Donner, Jesse Plemons as Plutarch Heavensbee, Maya Hawke as Wiress, Kelvin Harrison Jr. as Beetee, Lili Taylor as Mags and Ben Wang as Wyatt. Fiennes, a BAFTA and Tony winner, most recently starred in Edward Berger’s “Conclave,” which earned him Oscar and Golden Globe nominations as well as a SAG Award for the ensemble cast. Jacobson said, “We wanted to honor Donald Sutherland by having one of this generation’s greatest actors play President Snow 24 years before Katniss Everdeen entered the arena.
