The series, which arrived the year Donald Trump began his first term as president, shed light on the nation’s own lack of mandated maternity leave and limitations to birth control and abortions. Other cast members in the dystopian drama series include Madeline Brewer, Amanda Brugel, Sam Jaeger, Ever Carradine, and Josh Charles.
