I’ve been seeing a guy for two months and things were going really great but he’s recently found out both his parents have cancer so he was struggling with that during the time I knew him. Perhaps if the relationship were more established he’d feel it was safer to be vulnerable and allow you to care for him but after only two months, it makes sense that he wouldn’t want to show you that side of himself.
