Who does Joan Vassos get engaged to in the finale of The Golden Bachelorette?
Back in Tahiti, Joan is still reeling about Pascal, and she’s having a hard time figuring out how she’ll forge ahead now, because she can feel herself becoming guarded again. She gets a visit from her Golden Bachelor ally Nancy, who gives her a pep talk before her final dates, reminding her that she is very much still worthy of love, even if Pascal wasn’t her person. He finally tells her that he loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her, but he does become a bit deflated when Joan isn’t ready to say it back.
