'The Fly' star Jeff Goldblum saved a housefly mid-interview, while hosting Thursday's episode of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.'

While filling in as host of Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday, the quirky star of The Fly encountered one of the insects as he interviewed Awkwafina. The idea was that it would give the union members the one more paying role they needed to make them eligible for health insurance through the Screen Actors Guild. Earlier this month, Goldblum popped up elsewhere on TV, when he welcomed Scarlett Johansson to the upcoming installment of the dinosaur franchise during her interview on Today.
