‘The Drew Barrymore Show’ Gets Early Season 6 Renewal, Keeping It Going Through At Least 2026
"The Drew Barrymore Show," which premieres its Season 5 on Sept. 9, has just been given an early Season 6 greenlight by CBS stations.
The news also comes as “The Drew Barrymore Show” has received time slot upgrades in seven of the nation’s top 20 markets, the distribber said. The renewal comes following this year’s format change, in which “The Drew Barrymore Show” was reconstructed as two half-hour episodes that stations could run together back-to-back or be split apart to air separately. But now, “Drew Barrymore Show” will once again air as an hour block at 9 a.m., leading out of “CBS Mornings,” on WCBS New York, KTVT Dallas and WBZ Boston.
