‘The Daily Show’: Jon Stewart Says Trump Has To Be “A Little Bit Flattered” Sebastian Stan Is Playing Him In ‘The Apprentice’

Ahead of 'The Apprentice's Oct. 11 premiere, Jon Stewart swooned over Trump actor Sebastian Stan on 'The Daily Show'.

On Monday’s episode of The Daily Show, the comedian called out Donald Trump ‘s hypocrisy for standing on a platform of free speech while attempting to have the upcoming film The Apprentice shut down, calling it election interference. “I look like Sebastian Stan if you were to put his face through one of those filters on TikTok that show your appearance right before you die,” joked Stewart. Written by Gabe Sherman, The Apprentice charts a young Trump’s ascent to power through a Faustian deal with the influential right-wing lawyer and political fixer Roy Cohn (Jeremy Strong).
