EXCLUSIVE: Following her Emmy nomination for her work on the final season of Netflix’s The Crown, writer Meriel Sheibani-Clare has taken on U.S. representation and signed with Artists First. Previously, Sheibani-Clare was in the writers’ room for Roughcut and Fremantle’s upcoming series Little Disasters, based on the book by Sarah Vaughan ( Anatomy of a Scandal) and slated for release on Paramount+ in the UK and Ireland. She joins Artists First’s roster of UK-based clients, which includes Ursula Rani Sarma ( The Split Up), Nick Murphy ( A Spy Among Friends), Samson Kayo ( Bloods), David Hancock ( House of the Dragon), and Holly Walsh ( Motherland).
