‘The Cleaning Lady’ Taps Daniel Cerone As Showrunner For Season 4
Fox and Warner Bros. Television have brought in Daniel Cerone as executive producer and showrunner of The Cleaning Lady for its upcoming Season 4.
The series, hailed for its diverse cast as the first Southeast Asian-led drama, centers on Thony De La Rosa (Yung), a Cambodian-Filipino former surgeon who makes a living as a cleaning service worker alongside her sister-in-law, Fiona (Martha Millan). Eva De Dominici, Kate Del Castillo, Santiago Cabrera, Sean Lew, Faith Bryant, and Sebastien & Valentino LaSalle also star on the show, a co-production between Warner Bros. Television and Fox Entertainment. Cerone’s extensive resume includes stints as an executive producer on Dexter, where he also served as showrunner, The Blacklist, The Mentalist, Dirty Sexy Money as well as Constantine, based on the DC Hellblazer comic, which he co-developed and showran.
