In the same interview with Radio TU as he assured fans that The Brave and The Bold will have a new Batman, Andy Muschietti provided a perplexing update on the project’s progress. Even though James Gunn has come out to say that The Brave and The Bold has not been delayed, there still hasn’t been any progress made on bringing the DC Universe’s version of Batman to the silver screen. Continuing in his interview, Andy Muschietti explained that this is likely due to the studio not wanting two incarnations of the Caped Crusader to confuse people by coming out too close together.
