‘The Batman 2’ Director Matt Reeves Provides Script Update With Cheeky Photo
The Batman Part II director Matt Reeves has confirmed that the script for the highly anticipated sequel is officially complete.
Robert Pattinson will return as Bruce Wayne, with Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, and Jeffrey Wright also likely to reprise their roles as Alfred Pennyworth, Oswald Cobblepot, and Jim Gordon, respectively. The date marks a full five years since the first installment hit theaters in March 2022, giving director Matt Reeves and his team ample time to continue developing their grounded take on Gotham City and its characters. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, DC Studios co-chair James Gunn offered new insight into the current state of The Batman Part II and addressed persistent rumors about its status.
