'Tehran' Star Niv Sultan is leading North Road's 'Heart Of A Killer' from Sipur, Hot & Endemol Shine Israel.

Now in principal photography, Heart of a Killer follows Dr. Dasi Nakash, played by Sultan, a promising transplant surgeon who turns to illicit organ harvesting after a desperate act to save a friend wronged by the hospital.
