The Teen Mom star appeared on a YouTube live stream on Elle Bee's page on Tuesday, making a tearful plea for any followers to help find her missing fiancé. The Teen Mom OG star first reported her fiancé, Gary, missing to the Bryson City Police Department on Monday. Portwood first earned fame after taking part in the MTV docuseries 16 and Pregnant, which chronicled her teen pregnancy with then-boyfriend Gary Shirley.
