‘Task,’ ‘Mare of Easttown’ Creator Brad Ingelsby Extends Overall Deal With HBO (EXCLUSIVE)


Brad Ingelsby has extended his overall deal with HBO for a further three years.

Variety has learned exclusively that the celebrated writer and producer has extended his overall deal with the premium cabler for a further three years. “Mare of Easttown” proved to be a major critical success for HBO, with the show picking up 16 Emmy nominations. Ingelsby wrote “Task” and executive produces alongside directors Jeremiah Zagar and Salli Richardson-Whitfield; Ruffalo; wiip’s Paul Lee and Mark Roybal; and David Crockett.
