‘Survivor’ 47: Meet the 18 Castaways Competing in Twist-Packed New Season
Former Obama speechwriter and "Pod Save America" host Jon Lovett is one of the 18 cast members competing on Season 47 of "Survivor."
The new season, which kicks off with a two-hour premiere on September 18 before moving back to 90-minute weekly episodes, features “Pod Save America” co-host and former Obama speechwriter Jon Lovett, “who finds himself thrust into a world filled with a different kind of cutthroat politics,” per the press release. Jeff Probst returns as host and showrunner for the season, which also features an ER doctor, an AI research assistant, a flight school owner and a sports reporter.
