“Subversive” Graphic Novel Publisher Gungnir Entertainment Launches With Steve Aoki Comic
Steve Aoki comic 'Hiroquest' has been launched by Gungnir Entertainment, a new publisher from Matthew Medney.
Steve AokiGabe Ginsberg - Formula 1/Formula 1 via Getty Gungnir has been launched by comics vet and Iconic Arts Chief Creative Officer Matthew Medney as a publishing house dedicated to “visionary and subversive storytelling.” HiROQUEST is one of several Gungnir releases including Forward as Always from Olan Rogers and Jake Sidwell, The High Cost of Happily Ever After from Krueger and Zach Brunner and Chupacabra: Tales of Blood and Ink from Medney himself. Joining Medney at Gungnir is editor-in-chief Krueger, who is renowned for his work on Justice(DC Comics) and the Earth X trilogy (Marvel).
