While the Stranger Things star didn’t say exactly what he was responding to, he said his “thoughts and beliefs have been so far misconstrued from anything even close” to what he believes during a 107-second video posted yesterday. The latter video had prompted some people to call for a boycott of the much-anticipated Season 5 of Netflix sci-fi drama Stranger Things. He said he hoped for the return of the hostages taken on October 7 who still remain in Gaza and for “an end to the loss of innocent life in Palestine,” adding that he wanted “to one day to see those two groups live harmoniously together in that region.”
