The latest trailer for the second season of Squid Game opens with Lee Jung-jae ‘s Seong Gi-hun waking up from a restless slumber and brandishing a gun at a masked figure waiting outside his door. Released as part of Netflix ‘s Geeked Week event in Atlanta, the clip quickly escalates to more menacing masked figures marching with guns, this time in pink onesies, and Gi-hun finding himself once again in the game as Player 456. Season two takes place three years after Gi-hun won the massive cash prize for surviving the brutal Squid Game.
