‘Squid Game 2’ Star’s ‘Yadang: The Snitch’ Tops Korean Box Office for Fourth Straight Weekend
The Korean box office saw crime hit 'Yadang: The Snitch' maintaining its hold at No. 1 for the fourth consecutive weekend.
It was a closely contested frame just below the top, with Marvel’s “ Thunderbolts* ” narrowly overtaking “ A Minecraft Movie ” for second place in revenue. “Holy Night: Demon Hunters”, another local genre entry, landed in fifth with $466,475, pushing its total earnings to $4.8 million and 733,623 cumulative admissions. Japanese animation titles continued to perform well, with “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train” returning to the top 10 in seventh place with $132,820 and nearly 18,000 new admissions.
