‘So Help Me Todd,’ ‘CSI: Vegas’ Canceled at CBS


Both "So Help Me Todd" and "CSI: Vegas" have been canceled at CBS, Variety has learned.

CBS has also given out straight-to-series orders to the Sherlock Holmes-inspired “Watson” starring Morris Chestnut, the prequel series “NCIS: Origins,” and a multi-cam spinoff of “Young Sheldon.” The series stars Marcia Gay Harden as a defense attorney, while Skylar Astin plays her son and a skilled private investigator who gets hired by her firm. Jason Tracey developed the new iteration and served as executive producer along with Petersen, Jerry Bruckheimer, KristieAnne Reed, and Jonathan Littman of Jerry Bruckheimer Television, original series creator Anthony Zuiker, original series executive producers Carol Mendelsohn, Ann Donahue, and Cynthia Chvatal, as well as Steven H. Kram, Steven H. Blume, and Craig O’Neill.
