‘SNL’s Molly Kearney Joins CBS Comedy Pilot ‘DMV’, Trent O’Donnell To Direct


Coming off a two-season run on NBC's Saturday Night Live, Molly Kearney has been tapped to star in CBS' single-camera comedy pilot DMV.

As they make the transition from late-night to primetime with DMV, Kearney is joining another SNL alum, Tim Meadows, who had been previously cast in the pilot alongside Colin From Accounts co-creator and star Harriet Dyer. Prolific comedy director Trent O’Donnell( Ghosts) is set to direct and executive produce the DMV pilot, written by Klein based on author Katherine Heiny’s short story. Aussie O’Donnell’s extensive resume includes directing stints on such series as CBS Studios’ Ghosts, No Activity, which he also co-created, and The Moodys, as well as Hacks, The Good Place, Grace and Frankie and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
