Saturday Night Live ‘s Weekend Update took aim at Elon Musk pushing the same false theory about Dominion voting machines that cost Fox News $787 million, as well as Donald Trump’s bizarre town hall in which he stood on stage listening to music for 40 long minutes. Musk, who has a history of pushing Russia-friendly propaganda as well, “promoted the debunked theory that the 2020 election was rigged, saying, ‘The last thing I would do was trust a computer program,'” co-anchor Colin Jost commented, adding, “You know, like the one driving all his cars.” Musk’s choice for president had a “special” night Monday when he called an end to the question-and-answer part of a town hall in Pennsylvania, Jost went on to say.
