‘SNL’ Delivers Another ‘Domingo’ Sketch, This Time With Charli XCX and Chappell Roan’s ‘Hot to Go!’
'SNL' quickly reprised its viral "Domingo" sketch, but this time with Charli XCX and Chappell Roan's "Hot to Go!"
The most popular Saturday Night Live sketch so far in Season 50 was a musical bit lovingly referred to as “Domingo,” featuring four bridesmaids — including Ariana Grande — singing about the bride’s bachelorette party debauchery to the tune of Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso.” Given the viral success of the sketch(really titled “Bachelorette Party”), SNL revisited “Domingo” on the latest episode, but this time with a different singer as host/musical guest ( Charli XCX), a different setting (a baby shower) and a different pop hit (Chappell Roan’s “Hot to Go!” instead of “Espresso”). Heidi Gardner, Ego Nwodim, Sarah Sherman reprised their roles as the tattletaling besties, with Charli XCX also on the mic to expose all the fun the mother-to-be (Chloe Fineman) had on her babymoon in Miami without her husband (once again Andrew Dismukes, who is not Domingo).
