'SNL' Alum Cecily Strong Gives Birth, Welcomes 1st Baby at Age 41
'SNL' alum Cecily Strong gave birth to her first baby at 41 and shared a heartfelt message about her daughter and fiance Jack on Instagram
“Me and my girls,” Strong captioned an Instagram pic of herself lying next to her newborn daughter on Thursday, April 10, confirming she welcomed her first baby with her fiancé, Jack. Strong went on to thank the medical team who helped her through her “relatively easy birth,” which she credited to receiving a “glorious epidural.” She quipped, “I forgot I’d still have to recover afterward from what feels like was the Muay Thai fighter from White Lotus kicking the crap out of my cooch.” In one of the special’s sketches, her famous “Weekend Update” character The Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started a Conversation With at a Party revealed she was pregnant and having a baby with Bobby Moynihan ’s Drunk Uncle.
