'Silverton Siege' and 'Heart of the Hunter' director Mandla Dube has landed major investment from the IDC for his next six feature films.
Pambili Media, which former music video producer and cinematographer Dube founded several years back, has a slate of projects in genres such as sci-fi and fantasy, period drama and contemporary. “This marks an important moment in the history of South Africa as we make this powerful move to elevate our creative vision on the world stage. The IDC focuses on investments in companies and initiatives that contribute to the generation of balanced, sustainable economic growth in Africa, and can empower the South African population.
