So, Shrek, Donkey and Fiona are all coming back, and Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz are reprising their respective roles, DreamWorks confirmed. Apart from the films, the franchise — which is based on William Steig’s 1990s children’s book of the same title — also inspired a stage production: Shrek The Musical.
