‘SEAL Team’ Writer Discrimination Lawsuit Moves Forward After Judge Rejects CBS’ Dismissal Attempt

Brian Beneker, a onetime script supervisor and freelance writer for the CBS procedural, filed the civil suit in February in the Central District of California.
