Saturday Night Live Saturday Night Live came out of the gate swinging at President Donald Trump after another tumultuous week for the U.S. economy, poking fun at the chaos with a segment featuring host Jon Hamm as a very disillusioned cable news personality trying to make sense of the mess. His co-host, played by SNL cast member Ego Nwodim, chimes in: “I’m sure it means something to someone, but it sounds like a bunch of gibberish to me. Those feeling the squeeze from Trump’s tariffs are in luck, as CTCBC’s David Hayes (Kenan Thompson) has some suggestions for how and where to make cuts to the budget to get by.
