‘Saint-Pierre’ Season 2 Starts Filming For CBC, Gets First-Look Image

'Saint-Pierre', the Canadian cop drama starring Allan Hawco and Josephine Jobert, has begun filming Season 2 and has a first-look image.

The series is set in Saint-Pierre, the French Territory nestled in the Atlantic Ocean that’s known as one of the most remote locations in the world, only accessible via a 90-minute ferry from a nearby island or a nine-hour flight from Paris. The show follows Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Inspector, Donny ‘Fitz’ Fitzpatrick, who digs too deeply into a local politician’s nefarious activity, and is exiled to work in Saint-Pierre et Miquelon. French star Josephine Jobert ( Death in Paradise) and Canada’s Hawco ( Republic of Doyle, Caught) lead the cast playing Arch and Fitz, with James Purefoy ( Rome, Sex Education), Benz Antoine ( Four Brothers, Get Rich or Die Tryin’), Erika Prevost ( The Boys, Dare Me) and Jean-Michel Le Gal ( Paris Paris, Accused) rounding out the team.
